DOES THE THEATER HAVE A SPECIAL DRESS CODE FOR THE PERFORMANCES AND GUIDED TOURS?
In general terms there is no specific dress code for the events and performances. However, some visitors like to dress formally, especially when going to a performance. In case of gala events, the public must dress accordingly.

CAN CHILDREN GO TO THE PERFORMANCES?
As a safety measure, children under 6 are not allowed in the performances. However, they can go in case of performances for children.
CAN CHILDREN GO TO THE GUIDED TOURS?
Children under 13 can go if they are accompanied by an adult.
DO CHILDREN PAY TICKETS FOR THE PERFORMANCES?
Yes
ARE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
Yes, all tickets are transferable as long as the conditions established are respected
HOW MUCH TIME BEFORE A PERFORMACE STARTS DO I NEED TO ARRIVE AT THE THEATER?
Access to the main hall is available 45 minutes before the performance starts. We recommend to arrive, at least, half an hour in advance to have time to find your seat, go over the hall and take pictures, if desired.
DO PERFORMANCES START ON TIME?
All performances start punctually.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR RECORD DURING THE PERFORMANCES?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE TO A PERFORMANCE?
In case of opera or ballet, once the performance started entrance to the main hall is forbidden. The person will be allowed to enter during a pause or recess.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
The Theater has a big parking area on España Avenue, with capacity for 150 vehicles. There are special areas for disabled people.
CAN I TAKE FOOD OR DRINKS TO THE THEATER?
Taking food, drinks and/or sweets to the main hall is absolutely forbidden.
DOES THE THEATER HAVE A BOOK OF COMPLAINTS?
There is a book of complaints in the guided tour area.
